In the Circuit Court December term 1873, to Hon David J. Baker Judge of the Johnson Circuit Court.

The undersigned Special Master in Chancery & who was referred the cause wherein Rebecca E. Neeley was petitioner and George Neeley Et Als, were defendants, begs leave to report, that he has paid all the parties interested in the land in said cause, therein respective shares. Except the shares of Isaac N. Neeley and John I. Neeley, they both lived in the state of Kentucky the last he heard of them and the John I. Neeley is a minor.

That the shares he has paid are as follows towith:
