There was another Moore child born just before Dave Moore, and this child’s history needs further research. A. L. Moore was born on March 18, 1882 in Tunnel Hill, Johnson County, Illinois. Book 1 - Page 129 - Record 1668 in the Johnson County Courthouse indicates that this was the eighth child. This is a child that the family does not know of, who may not be connected. The mother is listed as "P. Moore (maiden name looks like Slancum), 36 years old born in Kentucky. The certification was made by T. W. Simmons. This birth needs further investigation. The Kentucky birth and age of the mother matches the details of Mary Elizabeth Stonum Moore, and perhaps either Thomas Walker Simmons or the clerk recording the birth made an error. A. L. Moore was born between Charles Edward Moore and David Cullen Moore.

Nellie Albana Moore was born July 30, 1876 in Tunnel Hill, Johnson County, Illinois, and died September 29, 1923 in Marion, Williamson County, Illinois. She was the daughter of Gardner Moore and Mary Elizabeth Stonum Moore. She married Francis Marion Webb July 20, 1907 at N. F. He was born July 31, 1883 in Tunnel Hill, Johnson County, Illinois, and died September 27, 1962 in Marion, Williamson County, Illinois. It was natural that Marion Webb and Albana Moore should marry, since their fathers were best friends since childhood. Their children were Mary Caroline Webb Wollard, Amon Eli Webb, Edna Webb Lambert, and Zedna Webb Cavitt. Edna and Zedna were twins, and even as old women were full of fun and laughter. They would sing "The Old Rugged Cross" and other old hymns in harmony, and Edna was one of the best dancers in the Tunnel Hill / Creal Springs area. Mary Webb Wollard was secretary of the Moore Family Reunion for 40 years, and sent flowers and letters of condolence to any who experienced illness or loss in the huge extended Moore and Webb families.
